The creation of an online resource for the most prompt registration and processing of applications for the restoration of damaged houses from those injured as a result of hostilities. We provide assistance in preparing a package of documents for reimbursement by the state.

The provision of services is provided on a free basis, with the exception of owners who have the opportunity to pay for the provision of services.
The project primarily provides advisory assistance to those whose houses were partially damaged during hostilities. As of July 1, 2022, the application processing area is limited only to the Kyiv region (suburbs of Kyiv up to 30 km), we hope that in the future, in case of attracting a larger number of specialists and investors, we will provide assistance in other regions of the country as well.
Execution sequence:

After processing the application on the website. A route and a team of specialists are being formed.

Based on the results of the specialists' visit, a package of documents is formed in accordance with the current legislation, a report is drawn up based on the results of the survey and technical condition reports.

The prepared package of documents is provided to the owner of the house.

Compilation of defect reports (signed by a certified architect) and execution of estimate documentation (signed by a certified engineer-estimate). This package of documents is required for further processing of compensation from the state.

The issues of organization and implementation of priority works for the restoration of buildings and structures damaged as a result of hostilities (hereinafter - damaged objects) are regulated by the following subordinate legal acts:
In addition, for objects with minor damage, the mechanism for commission inspections is established by the Rules for the maintenance of residential buildings and adjacent territories , approved by the order of the State Building of Ukraine dated May 17, 2005 No. 76.
